Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Free from damage or signs of wear
- Returned with original packaging where applicable
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by VERDELIA, please contact us before returning it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.

Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not entered the processing or production stage.
After this period, your order may already be prepared, customized, or shipped, and we may not be able to cancel it.
