You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
No. Duties and taxes are included in your order total at checkout. You will not be charged any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees upon delivery.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. Colors may also vary depending on lighting and your screen.

How should I care for my VERDELIA piece?
Handle your piece gently. Keep it away from water, oils, perfume, hairspray and other chemicals. Store it in a clean, dry place away from pressure.
Can I wear my VERDELIA piece in water?
We recommend keeping your piece dry and removing it before showering, swimming or exercising.
